It was a ripping weekend for two QAS supported surfers competing in the WSL’s Challenger Series in Portugal.

World Surf League Challenger Series Round 5, Ericeira, Portugal:

QAS supported surfer Callum Robson roared back from injury to finish runner-up in Round 5 of the WSL’s Challenger Series. The 23-year-old put on a powerful performance from the start, scoring 15.60 in his Round of 32 heat. After the round, Robson said he was “stoked” with his result.

Fellow QAS supported surfer Isabella Nichols qualified for the WSL’s Championship Tour for 2025, secured following a dominant year in the Challenger series, currently ranked third with 25,575 points. The QAS surfer said finding out she had qualified was “the best news possible!”
