As part of our commitment to growing Queensland’s Para athlete pipeline, ‘Project Para’ is a specialised stream of the Gen2032 Coach Development Program. This targeted four-year coach development initiative provides mentoring, tailored learning opportunities and high performance experiences to build Para sport expertise, strengthen coaching capability and support the next generation of Paralympic success.
