Big wins and podium finishes for QAS supported swimmers at the World Aquatics World Cup and for para triathletes at the World Triathlon Finals.
Paris Olympic Silver Medallist Moesha Johnson secured her first individual World Aquatics Open Water World Cup Title, winning the Women’s 10km race in Hong Kong despite a typhoon warning. Johnson also won the Mixed 4 x 1500m Open Water Final for team Australia.
At the Swimming World Cup Short Course in Korea, Milla Jansen won bronze medals in the Women’s 50m, 100m and 200m Freestyle. Lily Price won two silver medals in the Women’s 50m and 100m Butterfly. Isaac Cooper and Jamie Jack finished on the podium in the Men’s 50m Freestyle. Jamie Jack won the 100m Freestyle Final.
QAS supported Para Triathlete Jack Howell finished second in the World Para Triathlon Championship Finals, competing in the Men’s PTS5 category.
